Recruiting Privacy Notice
Kerby Enterprises, Inc. uses the information you provide in your application to review qualifications, contact you about your application, schedule interviews, and manage recruiting follow-up.
Information we collect
This may include your name, email, phone numbers, mailing address, work history, years of experience, education, field of study, applicant-reported training and certifications, availability, résumé, optional supporting documents, referrals, relatives employed by Kerby, professional references and their contact information, employment eligibility answers, application answers, communication history, and your optional text-message consent. We record when consent was provided and the version of the consent notice.
Optional job alerts
If you sign up for job alerts, we collect your name, preferred location, selected contact details, language, and the date and version of your consent. We save an email address only when you choose email updates and a mobile number only when you choose text updates. Job-alert consent is separate from application follow-up consent. Signups are saved privately while notification services are being set up. You may request removal through info@kerbyenterprises.com.
Access and service providers
Applications, résumés, and office notes are available to authorized Kerby hiring staff. We use hosting and storage providers to operate this site. If you opt in to texting, Twilio and telecommunications providers process your phone number and message content to deliver and receive messages.
Saved application progress
If you select Save My Work, this browser saves your application progress and selected files. Saved work is available for seven days; expired saved work is deleted when you next open the application. Saved work is available only on the same browser and device. It is not submitted to Kerby until you select Submit Application. Use a private device and delete saved work when you no longer need it.
Your texting choices
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Texting consent is optional and is not a condition of applying or employment. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts or HELP for help. You may also contact our office to discuss another way to communicate.
